Training is the thread that weaves all electrical workers together. We offer employment through our pre-apprenticeship program, we are the largest single sponsor of apprenticeship and provide the most extensive post-Journey electrical training available on Vancouver Island. We promote mentorship on the job, and off through our Code of Excellence program and other union courses.
